It’s rare that I’m so happy with a product or service that I feel compelled to write a testimonial. However for Infinity Lifts, who retrofitted an elevator into our Federation-era house earlier this year, I can barely round up enough superlatives. After researching seemingly every lift company in Sydney, we simply kept coming back to Infinity. Apart from always being available to answer our endless questions, they clearly knew their product inside-out and were completely unfazed by our very specific brief (to fit a 3-level glass traction lift into a tight vertical space in our 1915 home). At every step of the process, from design to installation, we completely trusted their judgement and expertise. From our first contact with Dean who took our brief and designed the lift, through Brett and his team who meticulously and sympathetically installed it, to Kristie who looked after the compliance and paperwork, we were constantly amazed at how accommodating and patient they were with our every request. In short, the Infinity team provided something that is hard to find nowadays: good old-fashioned customer service. And as a bonus, the final cost of the lift was so reasonable that we wondered why we hadn’t done it sooner. Now, every time we use the lift, we feel lucky that we made the right decision.
