Home lift FAQ's

We can supply and install both, hydraulic and traction lifts.
We also supply and install both open and enclosed platform lifts.

The difference of a traction lift over a hydraulic lift are as follows:

  • Can use it all day every day and will not overheat.
  • Will never leak oil.
  • No oil smell
  • Very efficient lift and power consumption as lift car is balanced with a counter weight and motor only 1.1 KW
  • Can run up and down very fast with a deeper pit and space above the lift.
  • Stops at floor level every time.
  • Does not sink when you step into it.
  • Can remain on any floor and does not have to return to bottom floor due to pressure leakage.
  • Dead smooth and quiet
  • No pump or motor at the bottom of shaft or cabinet to take up space. Everything contained in shaft (MRL – Machine Roomless)
  • Great value for money lift. Very reliable will not have any problems down the track.

We source lifts from various suppliers all around the globe and will offer you the best solution for your particular project. Our main suppliers are based in Europe.

Most lifts require 10 weeks to be manufactured and we then need to allow around 6-8 weeks for the lift to arrive into Australia. So the lead time is 16- 18 weeks.

Depending on the lift you have chosen the installation time is usually around 2-3 weeks.
